Analyzing the Training Process at Buff Techs

For my Information Ecosystems class, me and my group were tasked with analyzing an information flow process inside of an organization, Because I had special access to the orientation of the student ran IT Support service on campus called Buff Techs, we decided to analyze their training process and make recommendations to improve the flow of the process and the dissemination of information from management to technician. We conducted interviews, collected data from resources originating from the Buff Techs office and applied other concepts from the class.
